I tried a few methods;

1. I tried reset router and modem settings.
2. I tried format the PC.
3. I tried join with VPN.
4. I tried to turn off firewall.
5. I tried routing port.

Is this local hosted? If so, try adding your local IP. 127.0.0.1:7777.

re-install your sa-mp and try it or re-install your Sandreas game and try it.
