How does this work to get on a server? im kind of new to this lol im just used to download PWN and AMX then write the name in filterscript in server.cfg

In your server.cfg theirs a line called "filterscript" just simply add the file name to it. For example, if it's HospitalInterior then add that to it.

copy everything in the pastebin link/code

open up a new pawn file and delete everything

paste in the copied code

hit the "compile" button

save in FILTERSCRIPT folder then put the name after FILTERSCRIPTS in the server.cng file.
