Well it completely depends on what OS are you running.

You need .dll plugins when you are using Windows, and .so when you are running Linux. From the picture above, you ARE using Windows.

The line in your game mode (Line 19) is calling a function, it can not find that function.
Chances are you've spelt something wrong.

What is line 19 in your bb_freeroam.pwn?
