Anything worth having(That isn't already released) won't be released for free.
Why? Because that means it's probably from scratch and not a generic low skill edit.
I suggest looking up various tutorials and creating your own.
Many people will suggest not starting with a roleplay script due to it's complexity, however
that's what I started with, but I will admit it's not for everyone.
If you feel(And be honest with yourself) that you can, then go for it.
Otherwise start off with a basic DM/TDM Script and go from there.

What you are looking for isn't publicly released and if it was, it wouldn't be for free.
