It seems like a mod for me and I can't see the problem except that the kill list is modded.

I really have no idea. Since that your kill list will affect if you mod your weapon type pictures next to your Armour, Health, and Money bars.

Reinstall the SA-MP (or gtaweap3.ttf only).
