I get this (uploaded the static version and did all the stuff noted to do if i have problems while loading)
Need fast help and anwsers because its a biiig community at stake like 400 players big so please help ASAP!

Hmm, i think u are missing some of plugins, can u give us whole server_log.txt and check plugins list on windows and linux server...

Im on my phone atm but thats all the stuff thats relavent to the plugin the rest of the log is saying that everything else loads fine
The thing that buggs me is that it works fine on my laptop with xampp but on the vps it wont run

Hmm, i dont have idea why it should not work, try setting permissions via filezilla to 777
Make sure u are using correct mysql libraries on ur linux server and did u have any problems on linux with libmysqlclient_r.so.X while u tryed to start server with this plugin?

Yes i did but then i found the static version of the plugin.
After i uploaded it, it loads the plugin prints errors for the functions

It looks like static plugin wont work for you.
If u dont have access to that vps u should contact ur hosting support and tell them to u cannot run plugin because ibmysqlclient_r.so.X is missing.
