It will be available when it is. Beta testers are working.

CrazyBob is a Beta Tester therefore I would assume hes testing the new version with his live server to provide feedback.

People already said; he is beta testing since he operates a fairly large server. Since this is only a server update, the players don't need to do anything. All they need to do is make sure it's stable, working and addresses the issues without creating any additional problems.
