i've been scripting for a while but then i moved into mapping , i stopped both for a while , now i open my server's script and understand absolutly nothing , i barely know anything about pawno now , can anyone help ?

Start by making a simple DM script,then make an advanced DM script(add a registration and dialogs) and then take a RP script for starters and start working on it.

Pawno, the editor, hasn't changed and nor has Pawn, the language. The only thing that changed is the SA-MP API.
