Are you sure you selected the right directory? Default path: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas

You havto put the exe file in the addon. Got to C/Programfiles/Rockstar/Sanandreas and select new folder. Call it addon. Put the exe in there and SAMP.
