I don't know why your compiler does that, but apparently you have it set to execute in another window;

It could be crashing from a code you have mistakenly done or its because your pawno has problems with running on your PC, mine used to do it so I changed the settings by going into the properties of the pawno. Try setting it to windows xp or something and if that doesn't work PM me and I will pass you a working one that my friend had given me.

Use .net framework version 3.5+

I don't know either what is causing it or how to get it fixed but I get the same problem (empty box though it's been compiled) if I try to compile with Zeex's PAWN compiler patch. Default compiler works without any problems. I do have .NET Framework 4.5 by the way.
