Open pawno from server > pawno > pawno.exe and then Open > new.pwn

Is this the same gamemode? because it see it's SFCRRPG,anyway the error aren't from the script they're from y_areas.inc,re-downloading YSI might fix this,if it didn't try to run pawno as administrator,I compiled while running as administrator,so everything is working fine trying that might fix!

Make sure you have all plugin's inside plugins folder and try again,sorry I didn't notice for any reply.
