For me and i know for other people the client works fine.

There's so many threads about people "crashing on client 0.3.7".

I will ask you this simple question(s): (They are technically questions)
1) Did you add custom skins/objects?
2) Have you tried reinstalling SAMP & GTASA?
3) Running SAMP.exe as administrator?
4) Removing gta sa set file?
5) Do you got any cleo mods installed or unnecesary file in (GTA SA folder)?

Pretty common error if the server or your GTA-SA folders have mods. It happens to me a lot so I decided not to mod my GTA-SA. I'm trying to imply that remove your mods in your GTA-SA folders and keep it clean.

Try to install GTA-SA in a different directory than the default. C://GTASA for example.
Make sure you delete all traces of the game when you uninstall, the my documents GTA SA userfiles (especially the gta.set file) Make sure you backup your screenshots.
