Will 256mb nvidia graphic card run gta sa without lag ? If not then what is the minimum specs required to run.it without lag

Stating 256mb nvidia doesnt cut it. Give us the exact name of the model.(eg GT520 etc)

GTA:SA video card specs:

Minimum: 64 MB DirectX 8.1 compatible video card (NVIDIA GeForce 3 or better)
Recommended: 128 MB DirectX 9.0c compliant video card (NVIDIA GeForce 6 series)

Any card these days will run GTA:SA. However, many servers have lots of objects, specifically textured ones, so a 64 MB video card isn't going to cut it these days.

No matter what card it exactly is, 256 MB is not good enough for playing it lagg-free I think.
Also, if you're using Windows 7+, half of the memory is full of Windows' Aero crap probably.

My card is at 270 MB in Windows only.

So the rest would go into your RAM, resulting in bad speeds I guess.

A gtx 760 (which runs GTA V wo/ problems) isnt that expensive anymore, if you want something better but still price efficient
