Well, my samp does in 2 min freeze, i do think it is my laptop specs, but i tried to lower grapichs on samp but same results. I tried to reinstall, SAMP.

And yes i do have mods, but i tested these out and fully working(no problems) and now it its freezing.

Try to remove any mod you have and check if it freezes or not.
Also try to disable frame limiter.

Were you able to play on earlier sa-mp versions? or single-player?

is not your laptop , is the fucking problem at this version ....
I 've the same problem like you , all games work including GTAa Single PLayer but sa-mp freezes,
I can see a lot of people have this problem , but nobody ( like a developer ) found a solution for us.
I'm pretty sure that problem is from this new version of client , I played for a long time with previous version very well.

My cousin had* this problem. He tried both rip and complete version of the game. Only freezes on multiplayer.

Is not that powerful, but sufficient for a 2004 game. I hope the development team fix it as soon as possible.

Same problem only on GTA SA-MP . After a few minutes of playing PC freezing and need restart ..

Install the version 350.12: http://www.nvidia.com.br/download/dr....aspx/83855/br

If it doesn't work, try 314.22. These two are the most stable.

I have almost the same specs and same problem just like you mentioned. damn only with gta sa.
