A way is to fly with the player, you might use a pre scripted FS and then make a command to save the position of the player and coordinates of the camera angle which is too much work for you and me.
Or, just use this FS [FS] Easy Camera by MX_Master in filterscript - other

When I did it, I just took the player's position and raised it, then played with it a little and it worked fine. But SA:MP Map Construction can get the data too, quicker to use that than to script something
