How can i make a embedded colour transparent?
For example: this is white: {FFFFFF}, how can i make it transparent?
And secondly, how to make these kind of embedbed colours?

You can't embed a transparent color.

Ok, then how the default light blue color of SAMP's dialogs is translucent/transparent ?

I have already read that and no clue for transparent embedded colors. I think crayder is right, we can't.
BTW, anyone have the default SAMP's blue color embedded, please share.

Take a screenshot and check its hex in Photoshop (or any other high end editor that will have as precise colors)
