Hey I got this error when I uploaded my user control panel

How do you host your mysql server? Some servers only allow connections from localhost, meaning you will need to add your samp server IP to the whitelist.

I am hosting on ultra-h.com and I created a database and how can I add my samp server ip on whitelist?
