I'm working on a scam list where all people who made scams on samp community will be listed , so I wanted to know if it could come in handy to people.

Here's a fact, every single "names" listed in your list MAY just be one single person taking on 10 identities because its the fucking internet. Known scammer? Change your name, go scam, change your name, repeat.

Theres no use for a list to recognize the scammers, because youll only see these scammers once in yiur lifetime, because they CAN change identities.

The problem with both of that is how to decide.
People have tried to establish global banlists a bunch of times, but they always failed for management reasons.
Its really difficult to decide whom to trust. For the banlist this means: which servers/people are trustworthy enough to add players to that banlist. For a "scammerlist" youd constantly have to listen to both sides. In some cases it might be clear, but thats just a very small percentage. Most of the time you cant decide without any doubts if someone really is a scammer. People will also try to discredit others by falsely calling them scammers. And arguing wont stop when someone was added to the list.
After all its neverending work, and almost impossible to reach the quality so people actually trust that list.
