Hello everyone!

I'm trying to find this plugin called datahandler (linux version), I've been given hints that some of samp users have it and something that it could be "illegal". I don't know what to do, but it's crucial to use it on the server or it will not work.. If anyone could tell me who's author or something, I can't find a shit about it.
