I just installed ELM, but the game refused to launch, I removed it along with CLEO but SAMP still doesnt launch, help ASAP please.

Try re-installing SA-MP or GTA SA.

Try to run both SA-MP client and GTA SA as administrators, in Windows 98/me compability mode.
