I was transferring files from computer to my mobile via usb cable. To keep file in one place I right clicked to create a folder but windows explorer stuck for some reason. Therefore, I pressed ctrl+alt+delete to end task explorer. So when it restarted, it showed this O.o? FYI, storage of my memory card is 16GB.

Id recommend not to store any important data on that card. Probably its just a windows bug, but maybe the card is somehow damaged.
