It's possible to remove the Start New Game, you don't need to modify the .exe. Just find the Memory Address and remove that option from the list.

Pretty sure you have to use SetPlayerCameraLookAt also. Pretty sure it's always been that way.

My suggestions for skins are: few thin black, white and yellow skins(naked, mens and womans), also few fat skins(also naked and mans, womans) ... and after that make a lot objects for clothes(shoes, t-shirts,, socks, panties, bras etc...)... It'll be very good for rp servers...
