Make sure the script itself is fine first, test it on your local machine.

1.If your game is lagging (it runs slow) than its your PC problem.
2.If VPS/Dedi works fine and only samp server lags than its eather connection (look at upload speed not just download)
3.If its not first two than its probably your script

The lag can be due to either one of these;

Probably your dedicated server isn't performing at its best rate or the company is facing some issues. Contact the company you bought it from. They will provide the best solutions.

Test the script on your local network. Lag can also be a cause of random/long loops which are not needed or bad scripting in general. Make sure your script is fully optimized and works properly with its functions.

Also, is it only you that is getting the lag? If so, you connection to the dedi is slow and gets cross-linked between, or your ISP isn't giving you speed. Contact your ISP for that solution.
