If you consider a server has broken the copyright legal notes, you may report it to a SA-MP Developer or Beta Tester, by PM-ing...
Even though there are low chances to get an answer, I still don`t think there is much to do about it.
I guess they can only ban it from their master server, so it won`t appear in the Internet Tab, but they could change their host and so on....until we all will get bored...

First thing if you are using any game mode from samp site so you can't make appeal on that because that game mode made for everyone
Second thing if you have free host ( untrusted ) so switch to paid one so no one let steal your gamemode
Third if you still think nothing my upper points helping then post a private message to dugi or Kalcor.

Well, you can't do that... even you can see that with NGG script now adays.

but i made my gamemode by myself from basic dude.

I don't know about NGG script gamemode.

because i don't know where to download it.
