Drop the IP via firewall or IPSet. If you're using linux it's simple as using the linux firewall and dropping all connections to source IP: 111.88.145.140 If you end up having hundreds of IPs consider installing IPSet.

You can find it here (Pastebin). This filterscript is default from SA-MP; it will ban the IP if it exceeds from 7 connections at the same time.

You do not need firewall to avoid this attack.
