How can I change the server port/number, from like my ip to uh... 5.208.3.777
Just an example..

Do you have a router and if so you probably have port 7777 already open for sa-mp but if you want to use port 3952 make sure its open?

I have a modem, instead of 7777, I put like... for example: 94.24.36.7777 ??

no you only put a number there without '.' for example 9200

so complete its 127.0.0.1:7777
