Hello,
are there any zombie roleplay servers out there where you really have to play realistic?
and anyone know what happened to the Zombie Outbreak RP Server playing in LV ?

Yes, yes there are. A search for "zombie" on SACNR monitor returns 66 servers, a search for "survival" returns 33 servers, a search for "DayZ" returns 17 servers, and a search for "outbreak" returns 3 servers. Just pick one with lots of players and try it out. If you don't like it, pick another. Keep trying until you find one you do like. Generally ones with lots of players are decent - if they weren't, they wouldn't have players.
