Hi there,
Here I'll explain how to set the Highlight Feature from mIRC.
I think most of the experienced mIRC Users already know this, but some people dont know how to set it up, so I'll post this.

Step #1
Goto your mIRC and press ALT+B. Then this window will show up:
After that click on Highlight.
Step #2
Now this Window shows up:
You need to click on Add now.
Step #3
Now the Window looks like this:
1: Type your Nickname or a special word you want to get alerted about (e.g. Cheater or Admin)
2: Now you can choose a sound you want to hear when you get alerted; I'd choose Beep (its that Beep what you get when someone sends you a PM)
3: Now you can choose what you like. Here's a short Explanation:
Flash Message: This will make your mIRC Icon (
) flashing. The Number means how often it'll flash and how often the sound will be played (in this case 5 times)
Tip Message: This will activate that a little Box will show up:
The Number (in this case 3) is the amount of seconds how long it'll display.
4: Here you can set the words/text which should be displayed
Step #4
Now, just click OK.
After that you just need to enable Highlight:
And this is how it'll look like when someone said your name/word you wanted to get alerted about:
