Your webserver does not have ssh2 module, and does not allow upd sockets.
If you're using free webhosting, i cannot help you, if you're using paid hosting, open a support ticket with your host.

If you buy a webhosting service, ask them first if they have ssh2 module installed.

@edit, paid hosting does not have too much limitations, and have more options.

This is a game server control panel, it's used to control your server(hosted on a vps or dedicated server owned by you)
