Can i use Objects 0.3.7 RC1 in SA-MP editor? If so how can i install it, or do i have to use other programs.
I really have no idea about it.

Yes you can, only need update the sa-mp version.

SA:MP Map Construction directly loads object data from the files, and isn't stored within the application itself. Therefore, the SAMP folder where editor.exe is launched from will dictate what objects you can, and can't use. Simply download SA:MP 0.3.7-RC1 and the objects will be there.
