House system should be awesome, and yea, vehicle system should be too awesome. Maybe add something unique in it.

But no, make a unique house system in which you have never seen before, that's maybe your best bet, but I doubt there is any system you can make that hasn't been made yet, so technically you'd be innovating the house system.

I prefer to get a huge amount of money while entering the server for the first time, and buy unlimited properties with huge payout and for houses, just make the price realistic and set interiors for them
