I try to compile my own Pawno, and I get this error.

Redownload the server package, your missing the a_samp.inc include file.

I downloaded the package from sa-mp.com, does that come with it? Or do I need a specific server?

If you redownload the server pack from sa-mp.com and search it for a_samp.inc copy this file over to your other server pack that you use (in the same folder it came from)
