I recently modded my games, just with basic things, texture mods, sound, vehicles and skins. But now when I click LMB it pauses my game. I don't understand why this occurs I tried restarting my computer many times. So if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. Thanks.

Remove d3d9.dll from your GTA SA folder

Have you tried reinstalling GTA?
If you've downloaded the pirated version, the version could have problems and couldn't load your stuff normally.
I had downloaded the wrong pirated version once and it paused it to me but on a different button.
