Hello all , i followed a tutorial for house system but there is a code as given bellow .

Now i am confused with this code . I don't know now how to make a new house. Somebody please help me . The
([houseid]) is only used in stock i.e. Stock LoadHouse (houseid) or Savehouse (houseid).
