I need a Mysql_static.dll, i've searched everywhere for it..

When you download any version of MySQL plugin; you get mysql_static plugins too, check out again the folder of mysql plugin you have downloaded...

I know, but the the package comes with a "mysql_static.so" not a .dll, i need mysql_static.dll

There is no static version of mysql for windows. The static version is only needed for linux, you can you mysql.dll on windows with no problem.
