Took me a while to understand this. Trapped inside a mall like Dead Rising would be pretty awesome

Its just going to be a normal RP server with a custom unique script, made from scratch but we just need a location before we carry on the script!

If your server is going to be "Cloud Central RP", it sounds somewhat modernized so roleplaying in a town like Red County as farmers would sound pretty awkward. Given its name, you should go for San Fierro or Los Santos as that sounds the most logical to your server's name, unless you're willing to change it.
