Skin selection HELP pls

hey guys i got a script that has Register and Login system, when i register to my test server and after the register, my screen is like teleported to the skin selection, but i can't see nothing, no skins, and no arrows and the word [SPAWN], but when i login, it now show the skin selection and the arrows and the [SPAWN], Im using Y_INI, guys please help me.

I mean, when i Register in my Server, it just show the place and no other things, when i login, it show the place and the skin also the arrows.
