Is there any one having paypal account whose age is below 18? I am under 18 and i also want to create a paypal account. I just want to make sure that under 18 can have a paypal account or not.

It's not allowed.
If you do make one you'll lose all your money if found which happens a lot.

I am under 18 too but I use my father name at paypal with his PAN card on it..

Well some countries allows you a bank account and a card. Is it still not allowed?

Make a UK account, put any UK address, and any number, and open a non verified account.
They have a limit of 2500 Pounds withdrawl, sending and recieving.
I used one account like that for 2 years but now i got my mother's verified account.
