Ok so Im buying a new computer since my old one is crappy....
Now here comes my question.
Can this computer run those lasts games like: Assasin Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty Ghosts, etc...
on the highest specs? Or it will run like 15-30-45 fps? I've seen many stories, many says this is a very good pc.
Those are the specs.
AMD Quad-Core A10-6800B 4.1Ghz, RAM: 8gb
and video card AMD Radeon™ HD 8670D?

Hm, also another question: WIll those games work at least on medium setitngs? I mean they should...

Get AMD FX or Intel i5/7 instead of Quad Core.
I'm afraid your GPU won't run newer games on the highest possible settings, moreover not AC Unity. You could run those games, but at average settings. Save up for a R7 270x, it'll worth you in the long run.

Can you give me some advices of some video cards also?.
I won't buy more ram than 8gb, cause it's just perfect, I mean 16gb or 32 its just for games servers.
Also thanks for the suggestions, I'll save up money to make a nice computer :X
