There are a no. Of things that can make truck servers pretty realistic.
- Trucker license
- Convoy system
- Different class system
- Housing and banking system
- Company system (recommended only after/if server gains popularity)
Being said all that its just common features. Also there are no. Of trucking servers out there(nothing more than ppc rip-off except some ofc). Therefore releasing it as a server might not benefit you that much.

- On register the Player need to choose their Skin ID and Always spawn with the same Skin ID (Like RP)
- They can buy the trucks and They will spawn on the Sameplace which he standed on the last point with truck.
- Dont Hear the chat of the Other those were not near

You should make good maps or islands, an achievement system, personal vehicle system, different truck options and different trailers for different hauls.

A convoy system as well, buyable trucks, buyable houses and businesses
