Dude, you need to explain what mods and such, only thing I can suggest is a whole reinstall of your SA.
My R2 works fine.

Maybe you have a computer with low specifications?
My cousin had a low specifications computer and when he installed R2 it crashed and crashed, I couldn't go in game at all. If it isn't that than I'm not sure what it could be.

Please Re-Install your SA-MP and try to Join then not fixed?. Uninstall Your Mod from your SA-MP. You have install any mods you have got crashed in server any times.
