When ever i try to compile, it says cant read from this file (include)// i check the include folder and the .inc file is there..

example: : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "utils" i check folder and the file is there.. tried a lot of methods... help!

Weird, try to re-download utils include and paste it to your includes folder and then
