it had no mods I have tried to install it fresh several times now, stuff it Im just going to torrent it and see if it still happens.
Technically I'm allowed to since I own the game.

Probadly an texture / clothes / gun skin mods are installed. I suggest get a clean GTA SA. and re install samp
