Which town should I begin scripting my new gamemode in? which one do you think is better?

I would say San Fierro cause i've seen so many scripts based on LS.

San Fierro, because it's kinda cool! ;P. I love SF, personally. I hate LS, because there are many server based on LS, as Alex said. You should go with SF, as it a popular place.

My suggestion - Start from a county like Fort Carson, Palamino Creek, then extend it to others when you have a good playerbase. Because I've seen servers in the whole Ls, but empty?

SF is kind a cool city, but mostly all servers is on LS, that's why it would be problem to find something.

Los santos is just to over powered with server's use San Fierro or LV

Everyone knows it from Story Mode;
It's got the best locations;
It's easiest to map;
It's common so people will like it.
