This is a shit thread just like the rest, you just play, if you want to join a faction you apply. If you want to become an admin you stay active and loyal. If you want to create a faction go to their forums and create one.

Back on topic, I'm not really anyone known on any RP servers but I'm pretty sure it was LSRP which had a story on how one of the owners became an owner in their forum. But I'm not entirely sure it was LSRP. It was pretty fun to read though
