When i change some thing in .PWN GM Like Welcome To [LS-RP] Change to [US-RP] ? like when i do it and i press save it dont apper in game and still [LS-RP] should i edit .AMX ! ?

You have to compile the .pwn file in order to generate a new .amx.

Well, You need to find the specific message that you want to change. Change it, then go hit F5 to compile it.

Edit: To find a specific message try htting ctrl + F. To go to specific line hit ctrl + G
