Hello gamers!

So lately I've been seen many people having trouble seeing the health and armour bars above the heads of other players when they are ingame, and I've got the solution for you that worked for me. I had the same problem when I updated to Windows 8.1, and it made me rage and I had to ragequit from SAMP for a while, untill I really wanted to play again, and I really wanted to fix it - so I did.

How to fix it?
Well, first of all, you go into your control panel on your PC, and go into Windows Update. There should be some updates you have to do, otherwise go into updates you can choose yourself - update them all. Make sure there are NO updates back when you're done, and then reinstall the SA-MP client, and you should be good to go. It's pretty easy.
