How can I insert mode in samp server
I've seen it on some servers but I do not know how they get that in.
I think they just upload the gta3.img panel

What do you mean by mode? do you mean like the gamemode, or like a mod. I don't think it is possible to put mods in the server, the gta3.img is your game data image that loads all the particles, images and objects in the game. If it was possible to use that in the server, that would mean every time you join the server, you would have to do about 1.5gb download to load everything. So loading mods in the server I don't think its possible. You could however have somewhere were you can tell you players to download the mods, from a link you provide or something
