Random crashing.

I don't know if this is the right section but I guess I'm going to post it here anyways.

Every time I'm playing GTA SA, whether it be single player or SAMP my computer automatically restarts. My computer can handle GTA SA. I've been searching for solutions on ****** and on forums. I could not find a solution. My whole computer just restarts. Any help? Much appreciated.

Did it start restarting when you downloaded SA:MP or did it do it before aswell?

It started before aswell. I already changed the compatibility thing to Windows 98 and i tried deleting the .set file but that didn't work either.

It's probably option 1 or 3
Though it happens more often on the Novacaine Gang War server.

Get Modded drivers from www.guru3d.com *make sure you get the right Catalyst or Forceware. Are you using ATI or nvidia?

go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us and then tell me what forceware version you have. and I will find the perfect driver. I also have a Geforce4 but that computer is in use so I cannot check the version right now.

well then the problem might be elseware.

you could try this I guess:
