That mod shows a picture of opcodes and opcodes only occur in SA-MP, so no. This is made specifically for SA-MP.

Only useful if you're getting "exception errors in-game" beyond 8, at which point GTA will abruptly shut down, AKA crash. It prevents that crash from happening, thats all.

Anti Crasher dose work however when u getting spammed with op codes and trying to roleplay read messages, it pisses, you off.

Fixes Reinstall your game & client, and you should be fine.
